Club Max Holding Limited – False benefits, looted money

Respected Sir I have to filed the complaint against Club Max Holding Private Limited with respect to unethical practice adopted by there Company and agent to attract customers by offering false benefits. On 14th June 2013, I received a call from the Company agent who informed that he is calling on behalf of “Reliance Life Insurance”. However, the agent informed about various policies with handsome benefits and offered 5 policies worth Rs. 190,000/- to my father on different dates. It was difficult to believe, but having faith in the Reliance Life Insurance I believed the information to be true and purchased the new policies. Later I came across to know the fact about the policy the offered benefits were not mentioned in the policy document. Additionally, the Company also collected Rs. 200,000/- under the name of Club Max and told that the same will be returned in the form of bonus amount ranging in between Rs.6,35,000/- to Rs.7,02,000/- on or before 14th November 2013 but the same was not returned. However, I learnt that I was lured into buying policies by providing fake information by the Company sales representatives. I am shocked and feel completely cheated and would like to mention that mis-selling of a policy to the customers is illegal and company/agents can be booked against this offense in the consumer court. I was astonished by this act and had reported the issue to Reliance Life Insurance office and had requested them to act on the same by cancelling all the policies and refunding the amount paid for the same. I had also filed a written complaint with the Reliance Life Insurance on 26th November 2013. After getting to know about the fact about my policies, I was shocked to know that I had suffered a big loss and the policies had been mis sold to me. By intentionally suppressing the basic features of policy or giving incorrect information, the Company has not done justice to a retired person. I request that the matter be examined at your end and necessary action be taken against people responsible for the negligence and that I am duly compensated for the financial loss suffered The entire episode has left me in a bitter taste and I am extremely disappointed with your pathetic Company services. I have been facing lot of mental stress, agony and immense loss of time and money due to this incident and even after making several requests to the company officials no positive response has been received by me. Also the Company has given me a response that the money has been taken only after confirmation. However, I requested them to take a look into all the call records which has been taken place before taking the money but the same went unanswered. Thus, I would urge you to take a look into the matter and help me to get back my money which is fraudulently looted by Club Max. I am staying in Pune and we are paying the money to the lenders from whom we had taken. Would request you to please look into the
