Dear Sir/Madam,

On Thursday, 3rd November, 2016, at around 3 p.m. we had ordered Veg Burger Fries Combo from Coffee Tree at Cinepolis, Acropolis Mall, Kolkata and paid Rs. 405 for it (invoice attached). Since, we were getting late for the movie the person said he would be serving the meal at our seats.

As the movie had already started, and it was dark inside we could not see what was served to us and trusted what was served was as per our order.

However, after eating few bites of the burger we realized something wrong. On checking the wrapper we found that we have been served Non-Veg burger instead of Veg burger.

After which we complained to the manager and he accepted his mistake and apologized. The whole process resulted in us missing out on our movie too.

Now, we seek an explanation as to how non-veg food was served and seek suitable compensation from the restaurant for breach of trust, humiliation, mental torture and lack of sincerity towards their work leading to dissatisfaction of customers and violation of their religious sentiments.
