Dear Sir
I purchased a bulk sms package on 25/8/2011 from SMSGUPSHUP which says that they will provide 300000 bulk sms which has to be used within 3 months.
but now they say then we will not provide that much message because TRAI has raised the value of SMS they will just provide less then 100000 sms
but nothing was told me when the package was sold even this was not told that if TRAI raised the charges we will charge you.

I took sms package which was charging 2 paisa per sms but now they say i have to pay 7 paisa per sms if they were not sure why they gave package and took the money in advance

i took a package i paid in advance i have a reciept but they are not following as they said and i talked to many of them like customer care,agent, manager every body is saying no
