Comlaint against idea cellular services

I am subscriber of idea cellular no. 9785550324. I have enquired from customer care about GPRS daily pack of Rs.5 and the method to activate the plan but he provided me wrong and incomplete information due to which troubles are being faced by me. I got a different plan activated without my knowledge. My old Rs. 21 plan end up. I have sent 8 messages from my mobile under the faith that my old plan Rs. 21 was in operation but Rs. 4.80 get deducted from my main balance. This all happens due to the carelessness of Customer Care Executive of Idea. I have tried a lot to get register my complaint both at 12345 and 198 but both of them refused to register the complaint. I have sent a mail to ccare.raj@idea.adityabirla.com and ap@trai.gov.in on 06.10.2010. I got a reply a from Idea on 07.10.2010 in which they stated comlaint no. 1-10965171322. They had given me the time limit to resolve my comlaint by 12 PM, 08-10-2010 but the comlaint is still not resolved and remained pending. I am heading to Consumer Forum as I am not getting any resolution from Idea. I humbly pray District Consumer forum to redress my comlaint and get me out of this problem. I demand –
1. Revert back the wrong deducted balance of Rs. 4.80/-

2. Refund me a balance of Rs.10/- which I lost while dealing with customer care for a cause which is entirely the mistake of customer care executive.

3. Revert me the balance of Rs. 5/- which I expended on GPRS daily pack which is not yet activated and used by me.

4. Restore to me the benefits of my earlier plan of Rs. 21/-
