compark e services pvt ltd with a trade name of commsoft owned by mr. vikas gupta and ashish kumar gupta located in gaziabad with a registered office at new delhi is a cheating company. travel e point, bus e point, and hotel e point are their utility portals created and managed by compark e services pvt. ltd. We are a new travel agency and had placed order for travel booking products with this company through legal contracts. Mr. Vikas Gupta had promised a lot of things but did not deliver any product as per the agreements. We have paid lakhs of rupees to them for the products but compark has taken the money and simply stopped working on our products with no response to our concerns. Mr. Vikas Gupta and Ashish kumar gupta being the owner of Compark e services which manages travel e point have been cheating others as well which we later realised when we browsed through the web complaints. we even informed Arzoo.com india pvt ltd who is the flight and hotel provider to compark e services about this cheating but they did only enquiry and nothing else till date.

we want our money back which is three lakhs rupees
