Company doesnt accept our Problem

Respected Sir,

I have this model and from last 2 month it creates some repeated problem and this model is in warranty now.

I m so harassed by this problem and I requested at the company care, but they don’t take responsibility and say that ‘this can be done by Othorised Dealer’.

I know that this is not the problem of DEALER, this is the problem of COMPANY.

I m the employee of private company and I have not such a time to spend in such type of problem.

Please give me proper suggestion.
