COMPAQ Monitor replacement.

I purchase a Compaq PC on dt 18.01.2011.within one year from purchase monitor started showing lines,for which I raised complain on dated 28.12.2011 having ref. id CA1166277 It has been attained by your service eng. on 04.1.2012. With your service I greatly dissatisfied & unable to convince myself, as he replaced a old monitor (Sr. no CNT005C4XS) against of my new 11month monitor(Sr.no CNT031L6NZ , MODEL NO -W185Q).To my query he answered this is what your system where a faulty monitor irrespective of its date of purchase only be replaced with one old repaired monitor. As my warranty is only remain to 18.1.2012 & further extension of warranty doesn’t include a monitor ,I request you to replace my monitor with a new one or with my previous one after being repaired.If in no position you unable to replace my old one pls provide warranty for one year(replaced monitor) from the date of replacement. As I have full faith on HP & its service I believe my needs should be given priority .
