I have serious issue to tell you against Reliance WiMax connectivity. I am an existing subscriber of Reliance Wimax broadband whose subscriber id is: 356495311814 (username for site reliancebroadband.co.in) and my name is Ruzveh Dadabhoy. Please note that reliance are cheating with thier subscribers by manipulating their terms and conditions on daily basis.
Two days back i had enquired about my tariff plan change and they directed me that i can change my tariff plan whenver i want and the change of plan will take 2days to get effected. I will be billed only for the days i use my plan. Now when i really wanted to change my tarrif plan i called up their coustomer service no 022-30337777 and i was speaking to Mr. Deepak an agent from Vashi call center. I called on their customer care no on 1st July 2009 at 11.50pm. When i narrated my openion on change my plan he asked me onto which plan i would like to go for and i asked for the lowest plan from the tariff card. As soon as relaince guys heard this they denided my request and declined it. Upon asking for the valid reason i was said that i wont be able to change. That agent was not able to provide me with the valid reason. When i asked him to transfer the call to his senior he denied the request. Then i also asked is it written in your terms and conditions that i cant change my tariff plan and he said yes sir it is written. Point to be noted – when i asked ok then i would like to viee the terms and conditions and let me know on which page it is written. And there was no answer from him.. He was just sticked to his point that i cant change. Finally i told him that when i enquired last time i was told that i may change anytime i want and now your stopping me from doing so? He said we changed our policies yesterday only. He was telling me that we are not allowing our new customer to change their plans, only existing ones can. Then i said i m not a new customer and i am existing one only. Then also he came to the same point that i cant change my tarrif plan. Then i said why do you displayed all those plans on your site. He said since you are in 2199 plan you are not allowed to change the plan. If i am not allowed to change the plan then why did they first ask me which plan i would likle to go in for? It means that relaince can only upgrade my plan to higher one and not allowed vice-versa.
Point to be noted while requesting for my change in tarrif plan:
1. I cannot change my plan to lower one.
2. Terms and conditions are modified as per their wish
3. Calls wont be diverted to any senior officer
4. Customers having Rs.2199/- tarrif plan cannot change their plans (then also they ask which plan you want to go in for, if you say higer then your welcome or else sorry sir we wont be able to change your tariff plan at this time.)
5. Senior officers are not interested in listening to the complains and therefore they dont come on phone.
6. I cannot change my plan to lower tarrif
7. I can change it to higher one
8. Suppose if i am not allowed to change the tarrif plan still i would be asked “which plan would you like to go in for sir?”
9. They can first say yes you can change and when you want to you cannot ( that too lower tariff).
