Complain regarding Micromax Mobiles services,

I bought micromax A75 in October 2012 and in 5 months it got in dead condition.It had 1 year warranty. I submitted the phone in service center. After 2 months I called to micromax customer care number on 19th June 2013, they gave a time of 10 days.Next time I called on 3rd July again they said I have to wait till 10th of July.Now when I called on 10th of July once again they said i have to wait another 1 week.Once again when I called on 17th July they are saying in next 10 days it will be repaired.

I had come to the conclusion that now whenever i call to the customer care they tell the same story every time that i will get my phone repaired in 10 days since 3 months.I bought the phone in around Rs.6500 but the frustration from their after sales services has been much more than that. It’s totally ridiculous

I want my phone to be repaired immediately which is still under warranty or if they can’t do it I want my money to be refunded which i have paid for that.
