Dear Sir/Madam,
Last Week monday dated 16/08/10, i given my courier at DTDC collection center BF-871 Franchisee (Mr. Ravisankar). Having “Consignment No. B64047132”, for Gujarat state. He told me it will reach within two days through air mode, but it has not reached. so i started inquiry from friday onwards. Two three times i went to this center, they told it will reach at saturday evening. But no result. After that i used DTDC mobile tracking service but there also “no data found call to bangalore office” like message i received. Then i searched on internet on sunday & online complaint also given to DTDC website (Complaint no. : CFD0034227 & CFD0034229), which they are claimed to solve the problem within one day. Two times i give e-mail message also to these persons but till today i didn’t get any information or reply.
Then on monday minimum 10 to 15 times i called at mysore DTDC branch on different different no., every time they asking details only & tell to inform within half an hour, but till time they not informed me. I called bangalore office also but no any reply i got. After that they didn’t attend my call also, they keeping on side.
This courier contains “Raksha Bandhan- Rakhi” which my wife send to his brother. On rakhi day she missed this first time in life & she cried a lot. These DTDC persons played with our feelings. Shall they give this feelings back?
One more thing sir, they collected Air courier charges and they sent it by ordinary mode. This is ” Fraud” only with customer. Till today single times also they not given me states.
please sir, this is my request to take serious action against this courier service.
