I am the owner of the HTC Mobile bearing IMEI number is 356785013450800 bought on 26th Oct 2008 from S.K TRADERS,AMAR MARKET,BISTUPUR JAMSHEDPUR .The cell phone malfunctioned on May 2008 .I submitted it for replacement/repair to the same shop(S.K TRADERS).I was said that it would be replaced/repaired within 15days.After 15days when I went the shop to receive my cell,they started harassing me.Everytime I went to ask for my cell they said i will be getting it after one week, or this week or so on.After a total of 65 days I received the repaired set.But to my surprise it was some other set(not my one).The lock of the stylus was broken,camera switch was discoloured,the set also beared scraches all over, and also IMEI(and serial) number was also not matching.When I queried about it,they said that the motherboard has been changed so the serail number has also changed.But in the service document provided to me i was unable to find the new serial number similar to the serial number inside the mobile.This proves that they are frauding with me.They have harrased me a lot and still they arent serious about my matter

So,I am putting a complaint before you.Hoping for a positive response from you as soon as possible.Sir,the mobile shop is 45kms away from our small town.I have wasted a lot of money and precious time for them.please do look into the matter and take a positive action against them so that they will not do the same with other in the near future.
