Team, Today I taken the Airtel duplicate sim and I planned to convert the sim postpaid and the promised me that the sim will be activated by 4pm on 26.10.2013 but I waited up to 5:15pm the sim is not activated and I called to customer care Mr.Wasim received the call and give the worst performance and he spoken with me very rudely and he is not showing interest on the job and his behaviour on the call is unacceptable. Kindly treat this complaint is very seriously and take up the action on him and guide the customer care executives to give the respect the customers.
