i m Neeru Mahar my policy number is 16511990 I gave request for cancellation of my policy because of they are not given to me my policy bond (10/04/10) and i am many time to went in pritvihar branch but they gave nagatve response .I cant go to hme branch every time bcoz it is so far to me .i was call to pritvihar branch and meet to BM Mr ASHVINI CHADDHA and Nikunj they said to me we forward your request bt they told me lie bcause when i cal customer care services thy r refusing that there is no request related to canceled of policy. I told u tommorow also ( 30/0/10)but they are not given to me request number humble request to take any action relatd to my policy and refund my ammout my policy
