I purchased a computer from AVINASH GOSWAMI, MICROWORLD COMPUTER, NEAR LIC CHHATARPUR MP on 25-10-09. My Computer Motherbord stoped working on 23-10-09 (under 3 yr warranty) but said retailer not replaced it not returned it and insisted me to purchase a newone. This newone motherbord of Digilite (Brand) for which I paided him . Again it stopped working on 17-06-14 and sent to him on 18-06-14 for replacement but till date after ellapsement of 2 and half month

I lost my jobwork of Rs 20000/- and I have to hire a computer on rent Rs 1500- per month due to non-availability of my computer

I want my old motherbord’s Amount Rs 3000/- and replaced new mother bord along with the compensation of Rs 10000/-
