I am an AirTel customer, residing in New Delhi. I was given a Postpaid Duplicate SIM card on 2nd Sept, with the assurance that I would be connected by evening of the same day. Now, 24 hrs later, the new SIM card has not been activated. The Mobile Number is 9871200516. It will be appreciated if the matter is looked into.
