DEAR SIR/MEDAM, Here i(KETAN PANWALA) am requesting you to that my licence no:9004417, is cancelled by you, through royal sundaram genral insurance co. ltd.and it happend intentionally by royal sundaram general insurance ,Actally i want to transfer my agency from royal sundaram to reliance genral insurance co ltd..and i am providing all document related agency transfer with all irda forment and circular(ref.31/irda/ca/cir/2/sep/09) now i am requesting you that continue my licence and take strictlly action against royal sundaram person MR. NATRAYAN (mob.09840787854), who talked very rudely with me. please look into this matter and revert me as earler as possible because my business has stopped by this reason. REGARDS KETAN PANWALA
