I had registered on the Reliance Start DND Registry on 21-10-09, which in turn was registered with the National Do Not Call Registry on 31-10-09. I had registered for Start DND to stop receiving Company promotions through calls, SMS and e-mails.
Although I have stopped getting promotional calls, I continue to receive SMS. I find this extremely annoying. If the calls have stopped then the SMS and e-mails should also have stopped simultaneously.
My Start DND Registration Number is 13065681124. Kindly help me.
