Corporate / CUG Connection of Vodafone Mobile – Review

This is absolutely pathetic service provided by the Sales Division for Corporate Conversion. The executive took my documents 5 days ago for the verification of my address : C-7D, DDA Flats(MIG), Maya Puri, New Delhi-110064 However, the Business Verification is updated as FAILED as the PINCODE Updated by the sales team is 110011. I mean the executives are third class providing pathetic services, and above all that rude responses are being shared when we call the Customer Service. I had been calling the number(+91-9899119633, +91-9873914709, +91-9873914702) from which I received a call for the conversion of my number into a Corporate No. Nobody is even bothered to pick up the call or call back for the status of my number. I hereby advise the team to take a strict action against the above mentioned concern and help me in getting the documents back as I am no more interested in getting my number converted into a POSTPAID number. Your Verification Team is Just pathetic…no response…no follow up is being done. Again it’s been 5 days the documents are being taken for the verification and still my number is not converted into the Postpaid. I spoke to Mr. Chandra Shekhar from Okhla Sales Team on the number +91-9953702056. i was being provided a number +91-9953701229 for Mr. Girish to check the status, however, these people do not respond to the calls as well. I would seriously advise you to stop the request right now and return my documents. I do not wish to convert my number into a Postpaid connection any more. If my number gets converted into a Postpaid connection after mareking this email, I will take another step for further auctioning. Hence please help me in returning my documents on priority.
