on 12-oct-2010 afternoon i tried to make an urgent call, but the service provider redirected my calls to some where else. I got the information from you that the documents submit were not correct as per the government policy. And compelled me to resubmit the documents. I tried to make a call to the customer care but it also prohibited. I visited the airtel office and mentioned about this. But i got the same replay from them and they behaved like its a common factor. I am using this same number for last 3 years. And i am getting this information on last day. If my submitted documents are insufficient then why did you provide the service for me. Due to yesterday’s call barring policy, i faced a number of unexpected problems in my life. i need a clarification on that as soon as possible.
