When I had taken the membership, I was offered a lot of benefits but when I wanted to use those benefits, they have replied stating that the company has changed its policies and now those services cannot be availed. The manager had given a lot of commitments and the same are recorded over calls and now he is denying those services. I have those call recordings as evidence and would like to file a case against them.
I have paid them 85000 for 5 years membership. I have not used any of their services as yet. I either want them to stand to their commitment or cancel my membership and offer me a full refund.
