Me and my husband got a call from Country Vacations company for receiving a gift on 3rd March. When we went to Mysore office, they have explained about a membership package. We told them that we wont be able to use it because we have planned only Andaman vacation in next 2 months and we would be travelling abroad after that. They have promised a vacation for 7 day 6 nights in five star accommodation in Andaman for 4 people if we go for 85,000 package. We have paid the amount through HDFC Credit card. Below people have promised me the vacation in Anadaman, they even showed few resorts where they can book accommodation in laptop. 1. Basavaraj 2. Mahesh Rao 3. Keerthana The next day we got call from customer care and they have informed that there is no property available in Andaman and they cant provide accommodation. As we have taken this membership mainly for the benefit of Andaman, I have called the branch and they have asked us to visit the office to sort things out. I waited for more than 30 mins with no use. Then when I started telling people who came there after receiving similar call. Then Ananth and Albert (Over phone) has talked to us. They have promised us they will either refund the 85000 completely or provide us the promised package. But after that also they didn’t take any action. We are calling them more 5-6 times in a day and we didn’t get any resolution for my issue. Today they have asked to call Mahseh – accountant. He is suggesting us to get the money back ourselves by calling HDFC customer care and he wont be able to help us. But Customer care people are wont be able to do without action from Country vacation. Just because we have taken membership on Country vacation, we have lost more than 10,000, They have promised a 30% off on flight tickets. We had delayed booking ticket for availing the offer. But it turned out to be complete lie. We had booked tickets 2 days later ourselves and lost 9,000 on that. And we have spent on calling people from your team multiple times in everyday till today. I have enough evidence for all the promises given by the staff members.

1,50,000 for the overall amount we have lost and compensation for the mental stress we have gone through.
