I have become member of Country Club India Ltd., By paying an amount of Rs. 145000/- for life time. The membership is valid for me and my wife and daughter. As per the agreement executed on 13th November 2009, Country Club India ltd., was offered me to provide a LCD TV and a one way Air Ticket for me and my spouse to Dubai, which is mentioned in paragraph No. 2& 5 in their above agreement. Request an intervention through Consumer Forum to get justice.

The damage towards the above promise led to cancel my trip to Dubai and also lost of a LCD TV. Due to the above offer only I had decided to obtain their membership but all went in vain and still not resolved.
