Country Club Membership Dispute

Dear Mr. Reddy,

I am dishearten to say that every time I speak to your representative it feels to that that I an talking to a robot or a wall.

Time and again I have been repeating myself That:

1- The original membership was suppose to be in my name however due to your agents stupid mistake was registered in my father’s name.

2- I was assured by your agent Santosh long back that the correction would be done at the earliest and my membership documents along with access card etc will be sent to me. KINDLY NOTE – TILL DATE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE

3- My father Mr. Abid Parvez left this world on 18th July 2014. “He is no more”

4- NEITHER ME NOR MY FATHER HAS AVAILED ANY SERVICES OF THE CLUB TILL DATE SO WHY SHOULD I PAY ANY DUES.

5- Now I have no option left with me except registering a complaint with the consumer forum.

6- Either rectify the mistake that was made years ago by your agent or refund my membership fees as per current as your company has been using my money without providing me my rightful service.

I Would request this email to be reverted from the CEO’S office. I don’t need any revert from agents who doesn’t understand the pain and inconvenience I have been facing from years.

A dissatisfied yet not registered member.
