We have visited against a call/ Invitation from Country Club on 25th of August 2014. They have explained the Holiday package to us and told the following points for the consideration for country Club India Holiday Package Membership. I was not planned to buy this membership but the offers below made me to pay Rs. 50000/- through Credit Card and also one Form was signed incomplete as we were getting late and our children were waiting for the dinner. 1. that Country Club is Having their Own/ associated Properties to facilitate the customers stay all across India. (Fact: On checking the same it was found that country club claim of having properties all across India was not correct) 2. that all stay at their own properties as well as associated properties will remain free of cost for us during stay. (Fact: Customer Executive told that we need to pay the amount if we visit the associated properties) 3. that we were offered 05 years (07 Days every Year) + 05 weeks extra holiday, which can be used after completion of 5 years and up to 10 years. (Fact:- 05 week Extra holidays are not mentioned anywhere on membership) 4. that we will be entitle for the Free access /usage of club services across India, any time. (Fact: we are not entitle to use club facilities, these will be chargeable) 5. that Country Club will provide two free air-tickets on demand apart from the two tickets amount adjusted as discount. (Fact:- customer care executive denied for such offer) 6. That Country Club will make First year AMC of worth Rs. 7500 Free of cost for us. (Fact:- customer care executive denied for such offer) 7. that worth of Rs. 15000/- VLCC coupons will be dispatched to us with in a week time. ( Not yet received as of 05th Nov 2014) 8. that they will invite us on the Birthday and anniversary and offer a Cake free of cost. (My Birthday was on 19th Oct 2014, nobody even called us to wish)

1. Refund of Amount Paid Rs. 50000/- 2. any compensation of harassment which Honorable court may seems fit. 3. Action to stop such malpractice being played with innocent customers
