Country Club Resorts – Singapore / Malaysia Offer – Review

I was offered 13 Nights 3/4/5-Star Hotels/ Resorts Stays at various places in Singapore (3 nights), Malaysia (5 nights distributed at 3 locations) & Thailand (5 nights distributed at 3 locations) with free Airport Transfer at Thailand against 5 year Membership of Country Club India Resorts (CCI) @Rs 50,000/- during our planned holidays 28th June 2014 to 12th July 2014. I was supposed to pay US$120/- extra to DAE (Dial An Exchange) for per week stay. I was sent email confirmation for the proposed booking on 20th May 2014 by Mr Subhash Kumar, Sr Executive of Country Club India. He then came to my Govt. Office, C-DOT Campus, Chhatarpur, Mehrauli, New Delhi-110030 on same day with a fraudulent Credit Card Payment Machine, which approved Rs 50,000/- payment on my SBI Signature Chip Credit Card without entering PIN by me.

I have sent a written complaint to SBI for the same on same day. I was told to sign the blank Country Club India Membership form, so that no cutting/ overwriting should be on the form, which I did and also I was promised to get convert Rs 50,000/- paid by my credit card to 12 Interest Free Installments (EMIs) through his back office. He also signed on the printout of sent email after writing some promises in his own hand writing. 1 Week after the payment, I received a letter mentioning 10 year Membership No. CCDL10V10LB18568 of Country Club India @Rs 80,000/- out of which Rs 50,000/- was received by them. I was not provided any Hotel/ Resort Booking as promised. On enquiry I was told by Mr Ranvijay, Manager, Country Club India to confirm bookings by DAE. DAE denied availability of any Hotel/ Resort at Singapore and also denied any booking less than 3 nights at a single place as its policy, while we were promised for 1 or 2 nights stay at various places at Malaysia & Thailand by Mr Subhash Kumar of CCI, accordingly we have booked Air Tickets. Later after denial of Hotel bookings by CCI, we have to book Hotels ourselves for the trip @Rs1,01,045/- due to delayed booking we could not got concessional Hotel Fares. We have sent a Legal Notice to Country Club India, Mr Ranvijay, Manager & Mr Subhash Kumar, Sr Executive on 4th October 2014 with 20 days time for reply. We could not receive any reply till now. We are not given any facility/ service by Country Club India till date as its member e.g. Party on Birthdays of my Family members, our Marriage Anniversary, New Year Party Passes, Hotel Nights Bookings at anywhere in India etc. So I claim Rs 1,01,045/- paid on Hotel Bookings for the trip as promised, Refund with Rs 2,000/- as EMI Interest Compensation and Regularized 5-year Membership of County Club India resorts with all facilities as promised. Country Club should also be punished for the cheating of innocent people by wrong commitments & fraudulent practices as mentioned above. As per employees of Country Club, it gives incentive to its employees for making new members even by False Promises/ Wrong Commitments/ Fraudulent

I claim Rs 1,01,045/- paid on Hotel Bookings for the trip as promised.Over payment was made due to delay in bookings when concessional hotel fares were not available. 2. Refund with Rs 3,000/- as EMI Interest Compensation. 3. We have to pay Full amount of Country Club Rs 50,000/- then also paid above mentioned Hotels Bills. So had lead to so much mental tension as well as lot of problems. 4. Regularize my 5 year Membership of Country Club India Ltd. 5. There should be a penalty on Country club for promoting false promises & wrong practices. I was told by country club employees, that some employees are doing wrong practices to meet their targets, to get incentives
