I was expecting my courier from Citibank, AWB Number – 4118450755. pick up date was 11th July 2013 in Chennai. I was suppose to get this courier in 7 to 10 working days. I haven’t yet received my courier. I tried calling below number in pimpri office lot of times. All the numbers ar purposely kept engaged and nobody picks up the number. Office No. 1, Wadhwani Chambers, 1st Floor, Near Vishal Theatre, Pimpri – 8879664514 / 8879664515 After I called another Pune office, I got one more number of Mr.Sachin – 8879664523. After I checked with him, he was not able to trace my courier with AWB – 4118450755. This courier has still not been delivered to me.

I was requiring this Bank statement for my housing loan at SBI and because of this the entire process of housing loan application is delayed

I need to understand as why they were not able to trace my courier even after so many days and why is it not delivered even today – 23rd July 2013. Also, my entire Home loan process has been delayed and SBI may not be able to disburse my loan amount on time because of this delay which in turn affect me as the builder may demand interest on the outstanding amount that is supposed to disbursed by the bank.
