my name is ravindra my no. is 9907482209 (dewas M.P.) i am using reliance smart gsm because it’s service cost is low but since two three month activated cricket pack on my number and i request customer care for deactivate this service and i am calling the customer care in a night time because i work in pvt. ltd. company my shift time is 4pm to 1am .
i request a executive sir plz deactivate cricket pack and the executive response is “i am amitabh bacchan speaking ” and my call is hold very long time and finally call is disconect from executive site .
so i am very sad for this service and i hope after read this mail plz dectivate cricket pack service otherwise i band this sim i cant use relinance servcie in future………………………..
