Dear Sir/madam, I have purchased croma tablet for Rs. 6990 at croma store panjagutta, hyd. It is not working properly. Croma people exchange item and given I ball tablet on 14-07-2013.That total cost to Rs. 6381.Remaining amount Rs.609 I asked for refund. But they issue credit noteRs.609 and told when you purchase new product give this credit note and you will get reducing from your purchase Rs.609.I lost that Credit note bill. But I have serial no. of that note. I visit croma store for 4 times asking for duplicate issue of note. After 4 Th visits they are giving reply we cannot issue. I have here attaching invoice copy of purchase and at bottom of invoice credit note details provided. Please solve this issue. Regards, Naveen Kumar Goud.K
