Croma store – False commitment wrong information

i made a purchase of one lg led tc 32 inch from croma store on 15th august. i was informaed by the sales executive on 14 that the delivery will be done to jasola new delhi. but at the the time of billing on 15th gautam denied from the statement he made on 14 and said the delivery cant be made.i then asked to deliver to my kaushambi address and ill carry it to jasola delhi and the installation will be done in jasola. the information was clearly stated to them. there was another sales office with the name manav, he assued me that the delivery will be done before 2 pm on 16th however the delivery took place at 4:45 pm. this was also ignored by me. then i got a call from croma for installation . they had the correct address ( jasola ) but they gave wrong address to lg team for installation( kaushambi). today is 18th the installation has not taken place. this is how croma deals with the customer.all they are concerned is meeting their sales target
i want the two of the sales man – manav and gautam to be sacked from their jobs and also i want croma to pay compensation for the mental disturbances i had to go to get the led installed. i need compensation of rs 10000
