Crown Honda – Road Side Assistance Not Provided

Hi crown honda team, this is in regard to my complain at consumer affairs India, please provide the resolution & compensation with in 10 days, as suggested by complaint no 1: while purchase of new vehicle honda brio we paid 4600 as an road side assistance for multiple years (receipt no sal-inv-dd162-1314-619 dated 13th Jan 2014, attached rsa_payment_receipt) but apart from receipt we didn’t got any paper in that regard. after multiple followups we only managed to get papers for only 1 year (no 101231 dated 18th July 2014 for 1750, attached rsa_document); why did you charged us 4600 & provide rsa only for one year for 1750 only, that’s also in July after multiple followups. complaint no 2: on 23rd Oct 2014 while driving from delhi to mathura/agra, i got flat Tyre at nh2 mathura border, after calling multiple times i managed to connect 24*7 crown honda line he suggested me few numbers only. i made my complaint on 18001033121 no & help comes in after 3 hours. they asked me to tow my vehicle from mathura to agra, why did’nt you told us in advance that this is going to be your way for solving the problem, you didn’t even arrange a taxi for my family if this was your intention, neither there were any petrol offering (i don’t need that, just mentioned as your sales person told us about the petrol offering in every rsa). we denied the service made our own arrangements & finally next day your men shows up & fixed the treys. tell me this could have been in night as well…are these your services. you sell something else & provide something else. regards gunjan/sandeep sharma 8506000xxx, 9711222xxx
