The shirts we received as per our order did not have the same design as we had expected. Although the material and prints were of satisfactory quality, the alignments of the prints were low to the extent that the back prints lay on our waists. This happened after a series of long discussion(more than a dozen) with the company designing team which lasted around 15 days, as mentioned earlier. As soon as we received the shipment , we followed up with the office regarding the problems in shirt design. During the discussions, we felt that their customer service team were trying to dodge us. We talked to the management and told them the printed shirts were unacceptable, and we’d like to have them replaced or refunded, according to the company policy, stated in the website. After a long discussion regarding this they informed us that they’d consult their Management and try reaching a reasonable arrangement . We do not know if the higher ups have been informed about this development, but further attempts to contact the management through sales team had not worked out, the service staff having maintained that the problem has been resolved by their manager, therefore there stands no need to patch us up with the management. Initially were were told we’d be followed up after the discussion between companies, management and sales teams, but we are yet to receive a statement from the company. The company clearly violated its design and decoration guarantee .
We need an amount of Rs 40000 along with full proper replacement of the faulty products they have delivered.
