I , Vijay Kumar, ordered combo 2 at website www. dailyshoppingss .com after so many calls i received from one of the executives by mobile number +91 9250002336 and +91 9212228816 on February 04, 2015. I paid the amount of Rs. 3999.00 online as per the guidance of your executive. On February 10, 2015, i got a call from the same executive by the same numbers and he asked me to pay the amount of Rs. 4856.00 as the VAT and other taxes of the product i ordered on Feb. 04. On February 11, 2015 again i paid the amount online. Today on February 12, 2015, the same executive asked me to pay the amount of Rs. 5000.00 as the insurance charges of the product. He also gave me the DTDC Courier no. A32123433. At last i refused to pay the amount because from the very first day, nothing has been made clear to me either about the taxes or the insurance. I asked him about the refund of the paid amount but the executive refused. I complained regarding this to the customer support department of the online company. Then i got a call from the same executive and he threatened me to withdraw the complaint. This is my request to go through the issue and do the needful.
