Respected Sir/ Madam
My name is Sathesh Kumar & my mobile no 9952363383. I activated hello tune on my mobile number and later my sim got deactivated. when i bought a duplicate sim i was shocked to find that my hello tune has been deactivated. When i called Customer care, they just informed me that i deactivated it by sending an sms to airtel to request for deactivation of hellotune. How can it be true ? How can i send an sms when the sim is deactivated. Think about it … They knew very well that there is some problem with their system but still they are not accepting it.
What a crappy customer service my airtel. I either need my refund or my Hello tune back.
AirTel = Cheater
Somebody please help me to solve my problem.
