Dear Sir,

I am a airtel prepaid subsciber, My Mobile No. is 98316 30484. Since last one month (After returning from Italy on 16.09.09) I am telling your cutomer care to De-activate the international roaming service in my phone. But still they didn’t de-activate the international roaming and also they are not giving any complain No.

Yesterday (03.10.09) when I topped up Rs. 100 to my phone (98316 30484), Rs. 99 has been deducted from my balance. My present balance is now showing Rs.11.28. Before topping up it was Rs. 21 (Approximately).

Under this circumstances, My earnest request is to De-activate my international roaming service & refund my Rs. 100 for topping up.

kindly take necessary action to do the needful. Your immediate action will be highly appreciable.
