Hi, Beware all the JIO sim users your sim will be deactivated at any time without giving the solid reason. I have got a Jio sim (701943xxx9) on 16 Oct 2016 and on 29 Oct 2016 received a SMS stating that your sim will be deactivated due to incomplete information. It is not understood after getting the first Jio connection with e-KYC and using almost two month how they have deactivated. After contacting the nearest Reliance Digital Express and customer care technical team no fruitful information received by them. Another one thing which is not understood that, in their SMS they have sent a coupon code for getting new sim, but the same is wrong code which was tried by the Jio staff. Once again beware the users of Jio sim.
