took bike for free service on 18 may2014. got the Mobil oil replaced and they charged Rs. 250 for the oil. On asking why Rs. 250 is being charged for the product which is available for around Rs. 215 in the market, they said the company has raised its Price. on Inspecting the Container I found that no MRP, Batch NO., Manufacturing or Expiry Date was printed on it. M sure they are making fool of innocent customers.

Earlier also they charged Rs. 58 from me as Engine Oil Topup that actually they didn’t did. And this time they have charged Rs. 35 in excess to MRP.
