Decrease in Balance

I am customer of airtel lifetime prepaid service from june 2006 with number 09960188744.I started Rs. 3 Daily plan to use internet on 30th july 2010. I used Internet to check my mails. Before starting, after cutting balancce Rs.3/-, remaining balance was Rs.100.06.But after checking my account there was only 0.50 ( Fifty paise only) in my account. Then I contact Customer care executive concerning this matter, he transfered my call to supervisor and he say that he goning to forward my complaint to technical department and said that technical department will call me on 3rd August 2010.But after this call I could not get any sms concerning my complaint. Then on 3rd I again contact customer care executive and she said that you will receive call from technical department. But I didn’t got any call from airtel. Again on 4th I called customer care executive then she transfered my call to her supervisor who told me that she couldn’t get any details about my problem and she said that you will receive answer from airtel soon and she send me request reference number 0804038951.
but still no reply from airtel.
