I took a new bsnl connection about a week ago. From then onwards, whenever I switch on my mobile phone Rs. 2 is deducted. When I contacted the customer care service, they asked me to confirm sim service activation from a nokia handset for solving the problem but that also did not help. I am using a samsung SGH-X210 set and my mobile number is 9432801166. I have used bsnl prepaid connection before but never faced such problem. the customer care service is horrible as nobody seems to be bothered enough to solve the problem. if bsnl prepaid connection cannot be used with samsung phones then why don’t they clearly specify it?
