This is to kindly bring to your notice that we had bought L.G split A.C from dealer Shreeji Sales Ltd, located in Munjmahuda area of Vadodara, dated 11/4/08, Invoice number 0049, Order number 6497.
After few months of working we noticed that the cooling of the A.C is not proper and efficient as compared to other A.C’s brought by our friends and relatives. We called toll free number on 18001809999, they provided us the request ID no W9C40200620. There by, the engineer attended the complaint and said that the gas is leaking. They repaired it and misguided us and asked us to continue with the same piece.
Thereafter, few days passed and same trouble arose again of cooling problem, when we made similar complaint at LG customer service desk, then customer service department instead of attending our problem, started buying time from us so as to make the matter more delay. Their engineer never responded properly. Every time they visited they gave us the same problem of gas leaking.
Later they took our external fan and the whole external unit and kept it for week and returned us without any repair. Still the A.C has the same problem of gas leakage.
Then I was transferred to Mumbai and when I visited my place Baroda and wanted to use the A.C, it started giving the same problem. So I again called their toll free number on 7/7/10 and again they provided me with complain number which is C1070712371. Their Engineer also visited our place on the same date 7/7/10.
To my utter surprise they don’t have any of my previous complain record and told us that as our 1 year warranty is over, they are helpless and cant do much about my AC unit and everything will be on chargeable basis so I have to pay 2,000/- for gas leakage and engineer visit which I am not going to spend any money. My serious question now is that what they did when they took our external fan and the unit for one week. I sincerely looking for your support and help me I resolve this issue at the earliest. I want to sue the dealer as well as the LG Company for not supporting the customer and instead misguiding them incase of default instrument.
