Defective customer service

I had obtained a prepaid connection (No.9815017228)in April 2008 after submitting the necessary documents and the connection had been continuing since then on the same handset. In September 2010 I started receiving SMSes from the company that my identity / address proof were incomplete and suddenly on 24.09.10 I noticed that the outgoing service of my mobile had been stopped and I could not make any calls or messages. Immediately I contacted the complainy section (198) and as per their directions resubmitted my identity proofs to the company on 25.09.10. As my outgoing services were still barred I registered my complaint with the company (Ref. nos.0926218318, and 0924385871) but to no avail. The outgoing service of my phone is still barred today i.e.27.09.10. This is a case of extremely indifferent attitude of the company towards customers who have deposited advance payment with the company and have to still use the services.
