About a month ago i purchased a brand new iphone6 from jambo elecronics corporation pvt.ltd, world trade park, jaipur(raj.), for rs.53,500/- indian currency. Invoice no. 8239

Around 5 days ago it came to my notice that my is slightly tilted from the center. On the same day i visited the dealer from where i had purchased my phone, as my phone is i warrenty period i wanted them to replace my phone to new one, as the company(apple) states that if any defect is dected in the phone within 1 year of purchase it will be replaced by the company within 3 days. So, the dealer adviced me to go to the coustumer centre at f1 info solutions & services pvt. Ltd. Plot no. 1/3a yudhishter marg opp-yujna bhavan main gate, c-scheme, jaipur(raj.) 302005 then there in the service center i stated my complaint to the concerned person there, then he told me that sir your phone will be replaced within 3 days, then again after 4 days i visited the service centre to collect my replaced phone where they told me that your phone can’t be replaced and from that day to till date my phone is not replaced. I want the service center(f1 info solutions & services pvt. Ltd. Plot no. 1/3a yudhishter marg opp-yujna bhavan main gate, c-scheme, jaipur(raj.)301005) to replace my phone to new phone, as company gurantees that if any defect is dected in the phone within 1 year of purchase your phone will be replaced with a new phone.
