Defective LG Refrigerator Not Serviced

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have purchased a refrigerator Of LG company from the shop Shree Krishnam, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur. After some days of purchasing we found that the product is defective, our vegetables are rotten in the refrigerator. We complaint again and again about this problem on the company’s customer care number mentioned above. Every time company’s service person visited our home and checked the refrigerator but he is not ready to accept our problem even after showing him the rotten vegetables. we have submitted our complaint at least 6-7 times. But the company is not resolving our problem.

We want to replace our product with a new one and Rs. 50000 as compensation for our mental disturbance.
