I had purchased subjected Laptop as on 8th July 2010, but since day 1 laptop is not working properly, I have several time registered my complain to their toll free no. 1800116677 but nothing is been happened till date, their enginers also came and try to solve the problem but they also could not do it.

Pls look in to the matter as I am suffering a lot and need to get a appropriate action on them.

with your help hopefully, I ll get my device changed or get my money back.

I hope my complaint will be considered.
