Hi, I had ordered the philips headset (#100012419) in the month of feb 2014. but still today i didn’t receive the product. i even tried to contact the customer support but there is no response!!. So please help me to get the product or atleast refund the amount. Thanks, Santhosh.V

DEja Vu Trends . It seems a fraud company as far as a sales support is concerned. Its almost two month over company not ready to deliver the product payment already given to them through credit card even they are not ready to refund the money . I have been following with them since Fab 2014 but none of its employee has addressed my problem This Company is Totally a Scam oriented, They do not hear from Customer side after buying anything from them once payment received in their account , this Company is totally a Crap of Fake people , Even they are not even reply over email and not taking call on their Toll free no lot of complaint about this company in consumer from please publish so that other people know about the fraud company
