HI, I had done online shopping for HP Monitor at dejavu trends on 3/02/2014 Till date I have not received the product. the invoice and order number provided are: Invoice #100003036 for Order #100008879 I paid Rs. 8,686.00

I tried to calling them to get my order soon. But they kept postponing it for a long time. Then I requested my cash refund, did not get my refund. Now they are not answering my calls anymore.

I just want my cash refunded, I do not trust them anymore with a product delivery.
