We have suffered a fire loss in our mfg. unit and on informing the Insurance company, they have appointed Mr. R. J. Jajpura of Kirj Consultant has appointed for loss survey & assessment. The approach, behavior and assessment was never convincing to us at all. During this time span, the surveyor has treated us as thieves and assessed the loss at his imaginary level making us a huge financial loss in spite of our loyal affiliation with the same insurance company & one office even since last 23 years. During the process, we have frequently appealed the company but our words have reflected from deaf ears of the officials of the company concerned at all the levels.
