I had made a contract with Delhivery to use their courier service for the logistics i needed, I had paid a deposit amount of Rs 5000/- on 04/05/2015. But i did not use their service at all and hence asked them on 15/12/2015 to cancel my account and credit back my Deposit money. They had made number of false promises and they are going to courier me cheque, its all available in written emails, but i have not yet receive any cheque and they are also not replying to my emails. I can provide a complete email details.

I need my Deposit amount of Rs 5000/- and Rs 5000/- extra for the mental harassment and false promises and waste of my time, its been almost 3 months and there is no solution from their side.
