I had submitted my laptop in the month of feb 2014 for repairs to hinges and lcd connectors, but the above mentioned failed to repair the defects for 05 months. finally Mr Arif advised me to change the motherboard and i consented the same on 19/07/2014 i received my laptop by paying a bill amount of Rs 9400/-(nine thousand % four hundred). When i started to use my laptop again the problems were not fully resolved as he had installed some second hand motherboard.i once again resubmitted my system on 13/08/2014 they told me they have again replaced the motherboard but the problems still persist, meanwhile i sought help of local police but they advised me to approach consumer courts.

i want my laptop to be fully repaired as per ethics of business
