Sir when i bought dell then we haired that it provide good home services.so i bought inspiration 5537 at price 51000/-.When one day there is a problem on my port dell tells me that i have to change my motherboard.So i ready for that.staff comes he change my motherboard but he did not give product key to me.So now if we want to re install window there is a need of product key but i have no product key because staff didn’t give any product key to me.When i call dell care they said that they have gives me two window dvd and 1 product key.But i only receive one window dvd.so there are many problem arise when we want to re install window.And dell also not provide home service early when i need of that.So please help me.I am very sad.

I want product key and another window dvd from dell which are not given to me.Thanku.
