Dell India Pvt Ltd – part is not available poor service by dealer

i purchased a laptop 3 years back.i called dell customer care in jan 2014. they told me that my mother board and LCD is damaged and i have to pay rs11,000 for that. i paid them via NEFT.they rapaired that. again after 2 months it got damaged again.they told i have a warrenty of 3 month in new part so i dont have to pay again.so i waited for 1 month. now they are telling me that respective part is not available and asking me to take refund of 11,000. and get the laptop repaired by some local mechanic as that dont have this model anymore

respected sir… what can i do? is it right for a company to remove the service if part is not available.and asking me to repair myself.i bought it 3 years back costing rs46,000. please reply.
